After working as an actor and arts administrator in London, I married a boat builder, moved to Cornwall and started working on my first novel. I also set up an improvised theatre company, re-enacting the stories of audiences around the county. I regularly read my short fiction and monologues at spoken word events and local festivals and recently I’ve written and performed with the all women ensemble, ‘Riot of the Freelance Mind’, winning toast of the Plymouth Fringe Festival in 2017.
"At once touching, hilarious...and brimful of home truths... has 'five stars at the Edinburgh Fringe' written all over it." (Western Morning News)
